Return & Replacement Policy

Replacement Eligibility

  • We offer a 3-day replacement window from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and invoice.

Replacement Process

  • If you wish to replace a product, please message us on WhatsApp at +91 62891 25003 and provide the order number, your contact details, and the reason for the replacement.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the replacement process and shipping instructions.

Defective or Damaged Products

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team immediately.

Proof of Damage: For damaged products, you must provide proof that the damage occurred during shipping or upon arrival. This proof may include videos of the damaged product and packaging upon arrival and unboxing.

Video Documentation:

  • Unboxing Video: To ensure the integrity of the product upon delivery, we request customers to take an unboxing video of the product immediately upon receiving it. The video should clearly show the product being unpacked from its packaging and confirm its condition.
  • Return Video: To ensure the integrity of the product during returns, we request customers to take a video of the product before handing it over to the delivery executive.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to address specific situations where a refund may be necessary.

  • Manufacturing Defects: If your item has a verified manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Order Delays: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery time (more than 30 days), you may request a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • We do not provide refunds for reasons other than those mentioned above.
  • RTO (Return to Origin): Refunds will not be issued for orders that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the package.
